Shipping

All of our Australian parcels are sent via Registered AusPost.

Orders placed and received on a weekend will be processed on the following Monday and any orders made on a public holiday will be dispatched the following day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Delivery timings are subject to Australia Post and shipping provider services. Kin Crystals cannot assume responsibility for any delays or delivery loss made by postage providers.

If your parcel is returned to us ("Return To Sender") due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to collect your item from your local post office within the pickup timeframe, we'll contact you to organise a new shipping date at an additional cost to you.

Refunds will not be provided to you for any shipping costs if you've supplied an incorrect/incomplete address.

Australia orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $10. 

We’re a small team, so please allow between 4-10 business days for order processing and dispatch.

If you need your item fast, we offer express post for $20.

Regardless of size and weight, we offer international shipping at a flat rate of $30. The delivery time for international orders depends on the country you live in. However, all international orders are delivered by DHL Express with Signature On Delivery and usually takes between 7-14 business days to arrive internationally.
