Returns


We comply with NSW Fair Trading guidelines on returns. Under Australian Consumer Law, any product you purchase will be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if it meets NSW Fair Trading regulations. However, we’re not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, or your reason does not comply with NSW Fair Trading regulations.
If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@kincrystals.com as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it’s shipped, you’ll incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item you’ve received, please contact us at info@kincrystals.com within 14 days of the original purchase date.
We’ll provide you with a return form. You’ll need to fill out the form and include it in your return. Please ensure you post the item(s) in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method, with tracking provided to us.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we’ll process your return excluding any shipping cost, and you’ll be liable for the shipping cost of the exchanged item(s) to be sent to you.

Faulty Items

If an item you’ve received is found to be faulty, please contact us at info@kincrystals.com. You’ll be required to post the item(s) in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method, provided by Kin Crystals.
Please note, the return item(s) must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Office.
Once we receive the item, we’ll process your return in the form of a refund or store credit.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@kincrystals.com. We’ll provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we’ll provide one to equal value or a store credit.
Please note, all order discrepancies must be communicated to us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
